Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  Please be sure to select your garment after consulting the sizing chart.  If you have a question, please send us an email at customerservice@theeslconnection.com

Should you receive an item that is defective or has a customization error, please send us an email and let us know.  We will make it right!   

Shipping

Once your order is packed and shipped, delivery can take between 3-5 days, depending on the carrier you select.  Due to Covid-19, shipping may be on a slight delay.  We have had good results with UPS delivering in a timely fashion, even during the height of Covid-19 stay-at-home orders.  

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Products

The ESL Connection is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment.  Should you have a problem with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly to have it rectified.  Please send us an email, too!  We like to keep track of shipping problems.
