Things You May Want to Know

  • What method do you use to create your apparel?  

Our apparel is created in our studio using a dye-sublimation process that uses heat to embed the image into the fabric.  

  • How long will it take to have my order shipped?

That depends on the product as all of them are custom and made to order.

All of our products are made-to-order in our studio.  It will take an average of 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for order fulfillment, if all items are in stock.  Completed orders are shipped after the required quality checks. There is no way to rush this process.

  • When can I expect my package once it is shipped? 

Standard shipping in the US can take between 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 10-20 business days. Please keep this is mind when estimating a deadline.

Also, during the holiday season lead times are longer.  Rushed shipping (for an additional fee) can be added onto certain orders, and is only valid within the US.

PLEASE NOTE:  Purchasing rushed shipping does not decrease the production time for printed items and apparel.

  • Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the United States.  

  • What if there is a quality issue with my purchase?

Please alert us immediately!  Since we produce our own products, quality is tightly monitored, but we are human.  We will work with you to rectify any issues that arise.  

  • What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.  Please consult the sizing chart for your garment before ordering to assure you purchase the correct size.  If your item is received damaged or if we made a mistake, please contact us at and we will make it right.

How do I care for my garment?  

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
